The SV/CV 90 convector models are the most popular Carrera fan convectors in the range. This model can manufacture a case from stainless steel and rigid aluminum with a wall thickness of 2mm. The housing of fan convectors in the SV/CV 90 series has a height of 90 mm. In the standard Black version, the body parts of the convector are made of high-quality sheet steel (Inox from stainless steel on request). The details are painted with a wear-resistant black powder coating, which makes all the components of the convector under the grilles invisible. It is also possible to manufacture the convector body from anodized aluminum 2 mm thick (and paint it in any color from the RAL palette). The housing connects the heating system from 3 sides and adjusts bolts for easy adjustment when mounting in height. The S convector model is intended for the grille set S, consisting of a frame and a grille, which is placed in the mounted convector and closes the joint between the cover and the installed convector. The Model C is also available without the possibility of installing the S kit with a decorative corner. The Carrera SV/CV 90 are equipped with energy-efficient motors with step-less range control, allowing you to efficiently and silently heat rooms and create comfort with maximum convenience and ease of management with Carrera FT thermostats.

2-pipe copper-aluminum heat exchanger

In the SV/CV 90 Carrera series, 2-pipe heat exchangers are installed using a copper pipe with a diameter of 22mm and a wall thickness of 1mm. All heat exchangers have passed the output control at the production. It consists of high-quality components (copper and aluminum) from European manufacturers. The compact and thoughtful design of the heat exchanger will provide heat to a relatively large area of ​​the premises with a minimum height of the convector. It also has the function of stiffening ribs due to the cassette design of the heat exchanger mounts and supports and is easily removed in case of cleaning or maintenance. The Carrera heat exchanger is installed in the casing with the fan system and supplied in one modular design.

Modular fan DC 24 with control system

The Carrera Ukraine company has developed, patented, and implemented a block system for fan convectors. The unique design allows you to combine in one housing an energy-efficient motor with a 24-volt power supply and smooth regulation, a heat exchanger with a silent mounting system, guides for the heat exchanger blowing strategies, and assemble everything into a single system that unifies the housing and allows you to maximize the productive use of the heat exchanger area with a minimum noise level.

All convectors SV/CV 90 and SV2/CV2 90 are equipped with high-quality Taiwan-made motors with microprocessor control and the ability to smoothly control the fan speed range from 0 to 100% with Carrera FT thermostats. All characteristics of the devices have passed laboratory tests and received the appropriate protocols regarding noise level and thermal performance.
