Features of the convector for rooms with high humidity

The body of the Carrera Hydro convector has standardized dimensions and a drainage outlet; the available height of the body is 105 and 120 mm (in development). All parts of the convector body are made of high-quality AISI 304 stainless steel.

Carrera Hydro is designed to work in wet areas (saunas, swimming pools), making this convector type universal for solving heating and cooling problems in different environmental conditions. The housing provides for connection to the heating system from 3 sides and drainage through the end hole in the housing; the free gaps are closed with plastic-sealed plugs to prevent moisture or solution from entering when pouring the convector. Adjusting bolts are installed at the ends, with the possibility of height adjustment within 40 mm, for the convenience of setting the device during installation.

Two-pipe copper-aluminum heat exchanger

In the Carrera Hydro series, two-pipe heat exchangers are installed using a copper pipe with a diameter of 22 mm and a wall thickness of 1 mm. Each heat exchanger undergoes testing and final control at the factory. It consists of high-quality components (copper and aluminum) from European manufacturers. The compact and thoughtful design of the heat exchanger will provide heat to a relatively large area of ​​the premises with a minimum width of the convector. It also has the function of stiffening ribs due to the cassette design of the heat exchanger mounts and supports and is easily removed in case of cleaning or maintenance.

A simple solution to complex problems

Thanks to anti-vibration inserts in the cassette mounts of the heat exchanger and the convector body, the Hydro models are silent and easy to install and operate. Convenient fixings of the heat exchanger make it easy to remove and service the convector. The Hydro series is equipped with 1-2 or more heat exchangers, which allows you to effectively increase the heat output for heating any premises.
